TRICARE West clients may require a referral and authorization for services. TRICARE West will generally cover services for adults 18+ with a primary diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder and previous medication/therapy history. At this time, Brainwave Neuro Performance Center is not in-network with other insurance providers.
Private pay patients do not require a referral or specific diagnosis for treatment. We treat patients 3+ with a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, TBI, autism, cognitive decline, and more.

We start with a brainwave analysis (EEG) in order to identify patterns and develop an individualized and targeted treatment approach.
One of our providers will meet with you through a Telehealth Consultation to review the results of your EEG, and to determine if treatment is right for you.
Treatment sessions are completed daily, 5 days per week. Each session will last only 30-40 minutes. A minimum of 6 weeks of treatment is generally recommended for best results.
Every 2-weeks (10 treatments), we will check in on your progress with a follow-up EEG and provider consultation.
You may still have a lot of questions about whether MeRT is the right treatment for you. And our New Patient Coordinator is here to help you! She’ll take the time to listen, answer questions, explain costs, and put your mind at ease. She can also assist you in getting scheduled should you decide to move forward with treatment.
