They provide flexible payment options for medical bills of $200 or more, offering 0% APR for 6–18 month plans when the balance is paid in full within that time.
For purchases of $2,500 or more, you may qualify for a 60-month plan at 20.90% APR.

The easiest way to apply for CareCredit is on their website using a secure application form. You will be asked to provide some basic personal and financial information to determine eligibility.
Most applicants receive an approval decision within minutes. You will also receive a credit limit to use immediately toward your evaluation, treatments, and follow-up services at Brainwave. Be sure to review all terms, payment plans, and promotional interest options with your CareCredit approval.
Your CareCredit account can be accessed online or on their mobile app. Payments for your procedure can be made online or in person with your CareCredit card.
Brainwave Neuro Performance only accepts TriCare insurance for qualifying patients. For those not covered by TriCare, CareCredit remains the preferred and convenient financing solution for receiving treatment.
Brainwave Neuro Performance Center is also proud to accept ESA. The Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program is funded by the Arizona Department of Education. ESA provides education-related funds for qualified children who are not enrolled in public school. These funds can be used to pay for therapies, tutors, educational supplies, and more.
